Flag Interior X Base Modern looking base ideal for indoors & hard-surface ground. The durable steel interior X base is simple to fold out and the flag clicks on top of it. The Interior X base has a rotating bearing so your flag can spin smoothly in the wind. Please note, this interior X base works with all our flags but it will not necessarily work with flags sourced elsewhere. Our interior X bases have a diameter of 16mm.
